We have 14 sessions available every week, in our dedicated outdoor space in Hailsham, with additional sessions at the Eastbourne Rugby Club. You can come to whichever sessions suit you best each week.

Our program costs £150, with results guaranteed (10-20 lbs down) or 100% of your money back. This includes unlimited sessions at both our locations. We offer two payment options: you can pay the full amount of £150 upfront, or you can split the cost into two installments of £85 each.
Each session lasts around 45 minutes and is designed to be engaging and effective. To get results, I recommend training a minimum of 2 to 3 times per week, following our simple 'done-for-you' nutrition plan, and utilising the other tools and resources we provide.
Our aim is to help you achieve long-term results and lifestyle changes. During weeks 4 or 5, you'll have a Progress Call with one of our specialist coaches to discuss your options for continuing as a JMFitness member.
Our sessions include Strength Work, Metabolic Conditioning, and Movement & Mobility exercises. These ensure you’re getting stronger, fitter, leaner, more mobile, and flexible, improving both the way your body looks and functions.
Absolutely! We cater to all fitness abilities. We’ll help you find the right entry point for each exercise so you can work at your own pace. Sessions can be tweaked to meet your needs, providing personalised support even in a group setting.
The hardest part is walking through the door, but once you're in, I promise you’ll never look back. Our supportive and welcoming crew is here to encourage you, with no egos—just loads of encouragement and new, life-long friendships.
